There are tons of little toys in Japan. Most of them are specifically to hang off your cellphone, bag or purse. Once in a while you find something interesting.


This one is 2 pigs in a rice omelette! Where did that come from?


As scary as the idea sounds I suppose if nothing else it manages to be cute

That same place also had these itty bitty snack toys.

The ones on the left are curry flavored cheese puffs. The ones on the right are potato chips.

Haha i think Japan has the strangest thing sometimes... its funny how people buy them. Whats up with that Tea Dog Character?

I didn't even bother to look.  I just assumed because pigs are usually pink, cat's aren't.

hate to pick nits but.....
The snack on the left side is not actually curry flavoured cheese puffs.  You're mixing up katakana "ru" (the final syllable of "kaaru" == curl) with katakana "re" (the final syllable of "kaare" == curry).  So these are cheese flavoured curls.  Totally understandable, I've done it myself countless times.

Curry puffs
You're right. They are cheese puffs or cheese curls.  Again I think I didn't bother to actually read it.  That company does make a brand of curry puffs in similar package which I had tried once and without looking I thought it was the same. Doh!
