I shouldn't make fun of this but on the main train line in Tokyo they recently added some brand new trains. The trains have two LCD displays over each door on the inside of the train. One panel shows a map of the line and announces the next station. The other displays commericals mostly with a few non-commerical things added to get you to watch it.

One of those non-commerical things is a free English Lesson.
